by your peers. Entrants submitting the best ideas will
be accepted as members of the Capital Ideas Club will
be eligible and for a quarterly cash prize. This will
be a great way to become a better investor and analyst
as your ideas will be shared in an online forum with other
expert value investors. This community will also be a
place of becoming a better investor through the online
dialogue of questions and responses amongst the members.

200 members will qualify for the club. |

Membership
is free, but will be limited to only a few sophisticated investors
who will join based on the quality of their investment idea.
The admission will be granted only after a careful screening
of candidates. Members are free to discuss, explain, amplify,
clarify, and provide constructive criticism to posted ideas.
One of the many benefits of the club will be having your ideas
inverted and debated so that issues that you may not have
considered are brought to the fore. |
| How
to Apply? |

Each person applying must submit an online application here
that includes a current investment recommendation. The quality
of the applicant's investment analysis and research will
be the main criteria for admission. |
| Club
Rules |

Members
should be polite in their language. Rude or bad language
could lead to expulsion from the club

Disagreement
must always be backed by logical arguments and reasoning

Ideas
based on “inside information” will be rejected

The
member must make disclosures about whether he is a shareholder
in the company he writes about

Members are expected to post at least of two of their
best ideas within a year of membership and must continue
contributing at least at the same rate to remain members

Members will be allowed to choose a username with which
to identify themselves in the club
